Madsickill/Dub Terminator has been known to dabble in genres such as dub, reggae, dubstep, hip-hop and drum & bass. Coming from a musical background he became familiar with playing guitar, synths, drum machines and the MPC and from an early age played in bands of many different genres.
These days you can find him jammin with his band 'The Retainers' who serve up a unique Aotearoa style of funk-infused dub, roots and hip- hop. Madsickill steps up as beat-maker, lead vocalist and plays keyboard and guitar, along with other instruments that are incorporated into his unique beats and live shows.
Over the years Madsickill's production work has contributed to many projects - T.V. sounds tracks, advertising jingles, albums, pressing drum & bass records and more, connecting him with a variety of artists, including Marvellous Benji (Nigeria), High Frequency (Spain), MC Mana, Rhombus, Commodores member Ronald LePread and DJ Substance.
Stay tuned for the upcoming album.

Ruffneck Souljah change positions and flip the script with a salsa heavy dancehall/favela funk beat and hip-hop and soul elements. "Excuse Me Miss" is by no means a straight reggae or dancehall tune, but it neatly displays the infulence of dancehall reggae on other styles of music in Aotearoa.
Vocals by Mista T & Lioness Angela Graham
