Fit U Haffi Fit

Junior Reid is a pioneering Roots Reggae artist from the Waterhouse district of Jamdown.  Reid started his career at the age of 14, soon after forming his own band - The Voice of Progress - later carrying on to work with producers like Sugar Minott and King Jammy. In what was to be a defining step in his career, Reid spent two years with the famed Reggae group, Black Uhuru, during which time they recorded their classic album - Brutal.  This track is off the album Brutal and was released in 1986, out on RAS Records.

Jailhouse

Jailhouse was released in 1982 and is a classic King Jammy production.

Catch Junior Reid - live and direct from JA - next Wednesday 12 December in Wellington @ The San Francisco Bathhouse and Thursday 13 December in Auckland @ Galatos.
